This handmade strip-shaped black tea possesses a natural 'honey aroma'. If I were to describe this tea, vintage brandy would be the perfect comparison. The tea's liquor is a light orange, surprisingly lighter than what the tea leaves suggest. The aroma perceived from the cup might lead one to expect a bitter and astringent taste. However, the moment you take a sip, your expectations will be completely overturned. The first sip fills your mouth with a sweet aroma, much like dried fruit.
This tea releases natural strong honey aromas. It lacks the bitterness yet retains the bold smoothness. ◇ Brewing Recommendations ◇ Cold brew method: 600ml water + 8g tea leaves.
