◇ Brewing Suggestions ◇
* Cold brew method ★ Using tea bags saves time and is faster!
Add 2 tea bags to 600ml of water (approx. the size of a commercially available mineral water bottle).
Shake gently to mix thoroughly and speed up tea release, then refrigerate for 8 hours.
* Hot brew method: 250ml water / water temperature 90-95℃ / steep for 60-80 seconds

◎Do not steep tea leaves for too long.
◎Recommended storage: refrigerate for 2 days, consume at room temperature within 1 hour.
◎Recommended storage time: 2 months after opening.

GABA tea is a natural tea product that contains Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). Research conducted by Dr. Tsushida since1987 indicates that fresh tea under anoxic fermentation for a long time produces high amounts of this particular amino acid.
Studies also indicate that GABA tea has a regulatory effect on the sympathetic nervous system, thus becoming known as a natural tranquilizer. These are properties that are ‘naturally’ good for one’s health.
